Boca Juniors’ 2021 Third shirt takes inspiration from the famous barrio in which the club is based. The strikingly colourful geometric patterns symbolise the small, brightly painted houses that line the legendary Caminito alleyway. Stories have it that local house owners were too poor to afford paint to decorate their homes, and so used to claim the leftover paint tins from ships anchored in Dock Sud.
